While we do stock some of our items, many items are made to order. All orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. In many cases, your items will ship even faster!
Because we use a cost based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.
All items are shipped by the United States Postal Service(USPS). Generally, shipments can take between 2 and 7 business days for delivery.
Our Flat Shipping/Handling Charge is $7.00 per item*.

Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and pre-discount merchandise totals. Flat rate shipping charges apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. We mainly use USPS as our primary shipping carrier .
Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii
There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
Our Refund Policy
At Blue Ridge Mountain Life, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We know that you will be happy with the quality of our products! In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label. Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges.
Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.dd
